Navigating Early Game Challenges and PvE Safety in Dark and Darker

Image
How do you overcome the hurdles of early game progression? I've been engaged in duo gameplay, and while there's a definite learning curve regarding game mechanics and PvP dynamics, we're constantly confronted with the overwhelming strength of other players. In an entire three-hour session last night, we only managed to escape the dungeon once. So, what's the essential element for advancing to the stage where we consistently hold our ground, achieve competitiveness, and frequently escape? Is it adopting a stealthy approach during our vulnerable phases? Does investing time in leveling up our characters hold the key? Or is it about mastering map intricacies and PvE survival strategies? Alternatively, could it be something entirely different? Speaking of PvE safety, how exactly do you stay protected? I've discovered that my attacks must actually connect with the enemy's body to deal damage. However, when I sidestep a skeleton's vertical strike (from top to botto...

I wanted to try raising a Headhunter/Mageblood

Image
I decided to get off the internet corner and ask for help after reading a lot and watching videos. I'm looking for advice on building my exploding totem if there's room for improvement or any mistakes I made while assembling it. I started with a tutorial and mixed things as I went and picked up new things. I haven't broken it yet, but I don't know if it will be as easy as I've mixed up a bunch of build instructions and put my own stuff in there. I am currently raising the legion/red altar in the Tainted and Crimson graveyards. I have about 60 raw coins and about 100 coins that I can trade. I wanted to try raising a Headhunter/Mageblood because I've never had one and just wanted to give it a try. If you look at the POB you can see that I have the Poormans headhunter (inspirational learning) and I'm not sure if that's the best use of a passive tree. Should I farm Legion/Red Altars with this build? What will be the most profitable for what it is? First, Pro...

I was thinking of trying Diablo 4

Image
Is Diablo 4 worth it just for the main campaign? I've never played a diablo game before and thought I'd give Diablo 4 a try because the intro looks shitty. I don't really care about "end of game" or anything because it seems the main point is to equip so you can equip more gear, which allows you to equip more gear until you become the king of the universe. huge waste of time. I'm more interested in the story, the battles, and how the classes play against each other. I don't care about the price, it can cost $200 for 2 hours of content for everything I care about but what I want to know is if those 2 hours are worth my time because when I start the game play, I still have to finish it. if that's the biggest pile of shit ever. As someone who has only really played and enjoyed competitive multiplayer games over the past decade, I bought Diablo 4 thinking it would be fun to play with my friends. However, I find myself most enjoying playing alone, getting ...

FIFA 23: Anyone div 4+ help wit

Image
Anyone div 4+ help wit? I hit a wall. I cannot qualify for WL after qualifying for a full year. I have trouble with skill/dribble spammers. I feel like I'm chasing the ball too much, but when I try to discipline, I get knocked down. I struggle with manual/high pressure tactics. I will control the ball about 60% but I will lose badly. I'm also very predictable in the attack. Advice? To anyone who ends up answering and won't help, yes, I'm bad, yeah, I shouldn't care about the game, I should just have fun, etc. Etc... So glad we got that sorted out. Different things I still have. There is always another formation in your strategy, sometimes your opponent will only have one "counter" formation and you may think they are much better than you even if it's all AI and formation . Example 4-3-2-1 makes playing 4-1-2-1-2 almost impossible Also if you realize you are playing with a bad player but you can't break them just copy their game formation with your ...

RSorder Sharing: The premise of the progressions are

Image
I like the progressions generally. The premise of the progressions are: 1, Runes were being utilized excessively quick. This fixes that to a healthy level. Likewise, these progressions make exsang still worth utilizing in view of now applying to the crit-proc, giving +12% harm for the spec. Presently, exsang would just benefit your infrequent gconc and ice flood from induce dread trading (and dbreath if actually no adren from crits) 2, Potential boundless circling harm. This fixes it to be covered at still a very high measure of harm if fortunate. 3, Spec rebuffed you for proccing crits with dw rather than 2h , driving out of place associations to minmax with it (trade on tick to 2h to ensure you get an extra 2h auto rather than wand auto). This considers significantly more "opportunity" in your switchscaping, making it more welcoming to revo++ gamers. Nonetheless, this likewise makes fsoa a potential future eof, and rebuffs you for setting up camp staff nearly however much...

How is DD Ignite performing after all the bug fixes

Image
How is DD Ignite performing after all the bug fixes? Is it still a viable choice for a league starter in the upcoming league? I assume Elemental damage is now the preferred option to compensate for the lost damage. Is Replica Ember still the recommended choice over Blackflame? I played DD Ignite as an Elementalist for my second character during the previous league, and it remains a strong choice. If you plan to league start with DD Ignite, I have a couple of recommendations: - Level through the campaign using Wave of Conviction Ignite or Armageddon Brand Cremation. - Level up six Detonate Dead gems in your offhand so that you can aim for a level 21 gem or a Vaal Detonate Dead. I personally used this build to complete the atlas, reaching only the first two Voidstones on a Blade Storm Juggernaut because I decided not to craft the axe. I also delved down to around depth 400 and defeated six Auls. Transitioning to the Blackflame staff was definitely the right move, and I eventually started...
