A few small details I'd personally love to see
I'm new to the sub, but have been enjoying Diablo 3 and getting hyped about the trailers and gameplay.
Three little suggestions here to increase immersion since I think the open world will make the game, making it very exciting.
In addition, I'm not the type of person to offer tips on balance and of other things of that nature, so I'll leave that to wise people ?
Here they are listed in ascending order (1 being feasible or doable in my opinion while 4 is a sort of personal decision that could or might not be more difficult to achieve)
1. Walk toggle/weapon sheath button I'm pretty sure that's the most basic thing I can think of isn't a priority, but I really enjoy taking games like this extremely slow and find it enjoyable to walk around an area where I've completely wiped all of the players out and figure out what I'm seeing.
2, similar to #1 in the sense that it's small to many, but you can add the ability to play like other RPGs. Also, in general, offer a good amount of emoticons (I enjoyed the emotes from Diablo 3 but it would be nice to have more.) I noticed that Diablo 3 doesn't have this and I believe this as well as number one could provide an interesting variation in what you'd find other players do.
3, Okay. The actual game is one! Create in-game voip proximity voip. I believe that this should be standard for all adventure games that feature co-op. There's nothing much more fun to me in co-op when my friend runs along a corridor without me and I listen to their pleadings for gain which I must actually go as well.
It's possible to change this by turning off a switch for some users however, the majority of people who don't need this feature are going to be using discord anyway, and therefore to me, it's kind of a no brainer to differentiate Voips from games.
(I'll admit that I've no idea if the game will feature any type of voice chat feature in the game and if they don't, you don't know what to do?)
That's it for me. I believe Diablo 3 is awesome and 3 is a amazing upgrade that I'm eager to experience.
I'm sure that a number of people will find the suggestions minor and possibly silly, but I'm an advocate for the fact that many of the most effective features of a game aren't noticed and contribute to the gameplay in a more general sense.
To me, the notion that this is the only thing I'd suggest (usually I would suggest a lot of things in games) is a testament to how amazing this game is in my eyes)
